Enzo GP Events Ltd, provides services related to motorsport events, specifically Formula 1. Our registered office is located in London, UK. We act as an agent for third-party ticket suppliers, travel services, and event organizers. Please note that we do not own or control these third-party providers. 3. Our Services

We offer two types of bookings:
- Non-Package Bookings: Primarily event tickets.
- Package Bookings: Tours and complete experiences, including event tickets and additional services.

4. Contract Formation

All bookings are subject to availability. A binding contract between you and Enzo GP Events Ltd is formed only when we send you a booking confirmation email after receiving payment in cleared funds.

5. Price and Payment

- Prices for bookings displayed on our website may change until the booking is confirmed. Total prices will include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in GBP sterling via accepted methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer). Booking confirmations will be sent once we have received cleared funds.
 
6. Booking Deposits and Payments

- For Grand Prix Driving Tours & Self-Drive Holidays, a non-refundable deposit will be required at booking, with balances due before the intended departure date.
- For Grand Prix Travel Packages and Tickets, full payment is required at the time of booking.

7. Amendments, Transfers, and Cancellations by You

Any request to cancel or amend bookings must be sent in writing to pitstop@myf1ticket.com.

(a) Amendment Policy:
A fee of £30 applies for each change request in addition to supplier costs.

(b) Transfer Policy:
Booking transfers to another eligible person require at least 7 days’ notice and may incur additional costs.

(c) Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation charges depend on the notice period given. Amounts may include deposits and other costs.

(d) Cancellation due to Covid related circumstances:
If you wish to cancel due to COVID-related advisory, standard cancellation charges will apply.

8. Amendments and Cancellation by Us

We may need to alter your booking. Should significant changes be necessary, you will be notified and given the choice to accept changes or terminate the contract with applicable compensation unless otherwise stated.

9. Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances

Events beyond our control (e.g., war, natural disasters) may impact your booking. In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses or costs incurred.

10. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for COVID-19. You accept responsibility for purchasing adequate insurance and ensuring it's suitable for all your needs.

11. Data Protection

We will collect and process personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Your information may be shared with third parties necessary for completing your booking.

12. Your Financial Protection

If your booking includes flights, it may be ATOL protected. Non-flight bookings may be protected under the ABTOT scheme. Confirm protection levels at the time of booking.
